SBP:MC is the product of my MFA studies in interdisciplinary art at Goddard College. One of the requirements of students in the MFA IA program is to create a Practicum. This Practicum project challenges the artist to relate their art process to the larger community. Through making this art I was able to document interactions with some my close friends and family members, gaining insight and inspiration about our shared multi-racial experiences of life.
